STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 boneless chicken breasts
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese with chives
1 stick butter
4 slices of bacon

Lay chicken breasts out flat. Cut the butter and cream cheese into 4 even pieces. Put a piece of butter and a piece of cream cheese into each breast and roll up the breast. Secure with toothpick. Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Place, uncovered, in baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Delicious with baked potatoes and broccoli with cheese sauce. Easy but elegant dinner.
