CINNAMON FROSTING | |
1 lb. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. melted butter 1 egg white Dash salt 3 tbsp. milk Sift sugar and cinnamon together. Add about 1/3 of it to butter, creaming with mixer. Beat in egg white and salt. Add the remaining sugar and enough milk to get desired spreading consistency. Beat hard. Use to frost spice or applesauce cakes. |
