MAY'S CINNAMON ROLLS AND
FROSTING
 
3 c. warm water
3 tbsp. or 3 pkg. yeast
6 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
7 tbsp. oil
7 c. flour

Mix water, sugar and yeast. Let stand a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rise until double in size. Roll out. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with 2 cups sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon mixed together. Roll up and slice Place on cookie sheet and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or golden brown.

1 c. brown sugar
1 cube butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Boil these together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Beat with beater for a few minutes. Add enough confectioners' sugar for spreading. Spread on Warm Cinnamon Rolls.
