BUTTER BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lbs. fryer pieces or boneless chicken
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. melted butter

Remove skin. Dip chicken in buttermilk. Roll in crushed cornflakes, flour and salt. Arrange chicken in single layer in well buttered baking dish. Pour melted butter over. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes less if you use boneless chicken.
