1 1/2 c. Grape Nut Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. applesauce
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Combine cereal and applesauce. Mix flour with baking soda and spices. Cream butter and beat in sugar and egg. Add flour mixture with applesauce mixture. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet, 2" apart. Bake at 350 degrees until browned. Makes 60 cookies.
