WILLIAMSBURG BREAD 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk (save whites)
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2-3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. (sm.) chopped pecan pieces

Spread 1 package of rolls on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sugar, softened cream cheese, egg yolk and vanilla; spread over top of rolls. Place other package of rolls over top and brush with egg whites. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture over that and then pecan pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
