LUCKY!
 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 c. milk
Chopped nuts

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 X-lg. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Make crust with first 3 ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

Mix 2 small packages pudding with 3 cups milk. Pour over cheese layer. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.

Also very good with lemon pudding.
