MY MOTHER'S MACARONI & CHEESE | |
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni, cooked & drained 1 (32 oz.) can V-8 juice 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Longhorn cheese, sliced 1/4 inch thick Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 3 or 4 quart Dutch oven layer 1/3 cooked macaroni, 1/3 cheese and pour over enough V-8 to just cover. Repeat twice. Jiggle dish back and forth a few times and then bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until cheese on top is browned to your taste. |
