35 crushed Oreos
3/4 stick melted butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (over Oreos and freeze)
1 German sweet chocolate bar
1/2 stick butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour melted butter over cookies. Press into a 9x13-inch pan. Spread vanilla ice cream over Oreos and freeze. Combine the remaining ingredients and boil 4 minutes. Cool and spread over ice cream mix. Spread 9 ounces Cool Whip over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top!
