MOM'S FRUIT MOUSSE 
1 pt. heavy cream
1 can mixed fruit, frozen fruit, thawed in juice, or fresh fruit
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello gelatin (match the flavor with your fruit)
Fresh mint leaves

Make Jello according to the directions except substitute as much fruit juice for the water as possible. Continue according to package directions. When Jello begins to harden, add the whipping cream and Jello into blender. For best results you should add only half the mixture at a time. Whip until thoroughly blended. Pour mixture into dessert dishes or serving bowl, add fresh mint, and place in refrigerator until set.

Serves 8.
