BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 sm. pkgs. broccoli
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Cook broccoli and drain. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick and salt together until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese, onion and pepper. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake approximately 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
