BROCCOLI, CHEESE NOODLE SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. fine egg noodles (Kluski)
1 tbsp. salt
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
6 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Mix ingredients in order written. Place first 3 in large pan, bring to boil and add next 3 ingredients. When noodles are cooked, approximately 5 minutes, add next ingredients, bring back to boil and add milk.

Cube cheese and add to mixture. When cheese is melted, simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
