18 single graham crackers
3-4 tbsp. butter
12 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 drops almond extract
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
Drop of vanilla

Roll graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Place in 9" pan. Beat cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond extract together. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cream sour cream with sugar, vanilla drops for topping and return to oven for five minutes. Cool.
