2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. milk
1 med. onion
1 or 2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 can carrot
1/2 c. catsup, mixed with 4 tbsp. water

Mix all ingredients except catsup mixture. Place in an angel cake pan. Fifteen minutes before done, turn upside down in shallow round baking dish. Cover with catsup and finish baking. Remove from oven; fill center with peas and around outside of loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
