CHICKEN MARTINO 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, boiled and boned
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (this can be left out)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (you can use cream of mushroom - taste is different)
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted (I usually use less)

Place chicken breasts, whole or in pieces, in bottom of baking dish. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and soup; pour over chicken. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. (I have made ahead and refrigerated adding crumbs and butter before baking - takes a little longer to bake.)
