CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
4 oz. spaghetti or other pasta cooked by pkg. directions
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
5 green onions, sliced
1/2 red sweet pepper, sliced or pimiento
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom or other cream soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. chicken or turkey breast in chunks (or left over)
1/4 c. milk (add with chicken if too thick)

In 2 quart casserole cook mushrooms, onions, pepper, red pepper and undiluted soup, covered about 5 minutes on high.

Add chicken or turkey and cook on high 5 to 6 minutes. If leftover meat, just add to vegetables and peas and pasta on high for 2 minutes to heat through. Can sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
