1 lg. pkg. cream cheese (can use "lite")
About 1 lb. very sharp cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce (you be the guide)
Shake or 2 of parsley & oregano

Let cheeses come to room temperature. Grate sharp cheese into bowl big enough to hold entire mixture. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into ball. Roll ball in chopped nuts or chopped dried beef (if too sticky, chill a few minutes before doing this). Serve with an assortment of crackers.
