3 ALARM CHILI 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. can Brooks hot chili beans
1 tomato, diced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. freshly diced onion
Louisiana Hot Sauce
Chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Simmer ground chuck; drain grease, then add beans, tomato sauce, green pepper, onions and tomato with meat. Season with chili powder and hot sauce to preferred taste. Let simmer for about an hour. Serves 4.

P.S. Also good when served with elbow noodles and chunks of cheddar cheese.
