ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini

ICING FOR CAKE:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to oil mixture, mixing well. Stir in the grated zucchini.

Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.

Icing: Beat together softened cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Slowly add confectioners' sugar and beat until smooth. Ice cooled cake.
