ZUCCHINI AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 med. onion
5 sm. zucchini
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella

Crumble sausage and brown same. Add onion, zucchini and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes. Put sauce and seasons on top. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender. In last 5 minutes add cheese; cover until cheese melts.
