BUTTER SPONGE CAKE 
11 beaten egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted butter

Beat egg yolks with sugar until light colored and fluffy. Add slightly cooled milk and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients. Fold in butter. Bake at 350 degrees.

MOCHA ICING:

1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. strong coffee
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Enough milk to mix well
