ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
12 frozen tortillas
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 green pepper
1/3 med. onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can Ranch style beans

In 9x13 inch pan line bottom and sides with 6 tortillas. Brown hamburger. Add onions, green pepper, salt and pepper, chili powder.

Layer meat mixture over tortillas. Pour beans over this. Put cheese slices on top of beans. Top cheese with 6 more tortillas. Mix soup with tomatoes. Pour over top of casserole. Top with more cheese slices. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
