KING CRAB PATE 
1 (6 to 8 oz.) frozen King crab or snow crab
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Defrost, drain and chop large pieces of crab. In bowl, whip butter and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Beat in mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, horseradish, and seasonings. Fold in crab, onion and parsley. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Makes 3 cups pate.
