1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 egg
1/2 envelope Good Seasons dry mix
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor. Keeps well in refrigerator for 1 week. Excellent on spinach salads.
