SPICED SHRIMP 
1 lb. fresh shrimp, take off shells, devein, wash
1 pt. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning

Bring water, salt and seasoning to a boil. Add shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes; let cool in liquid to absorb flavor; be sure to refrigerate. Serve with catsup/horseradish as dip.
