SUIT YOURSELF TUNA SALAD 
2 c. uncooked med. shell macaroni
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna or salmon, drained, flaked
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.

In large bowl, toss macaroni with oil. Add tuna, celery and carrots. In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients; add to tuna mixture, tossing lightly to mix. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Yields: 6 servings.

Add one or more of the following to basic recipe: Sliced green onions Diced tomatoes Pickle relish Chopped, seeded cucumber Cooked, crumbled bacon Chopped fresh parsley Seedless green grapes Sliced radishes Dried dill weed Mandarin orange segments Shoestring potatoes Chopped green pepper Shredded cheese Cooked peas Chopped dill pickle Chopped pimiento Chopped fresh chives Diced avocado Chopped walnuts or pecans Sliced olives Chopped apple Sunflower seeds
