APPLE PECAN CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/3 c. butter
20 oz. apple pie filling
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Mix yellow cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup butter until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Spread 20 oz. apple pie filling on top of cake mix.

Combine 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle over apple filling. Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg. Drizzle over above.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Refrigerate when cooled.
