PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cake ingredients by hand.

Bake for 35 minutes in a 9x13-inch pan sprayed with vegetable oil.

Topping:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1 c. pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix topping ingredients while baking cake. Spread topping on hot cake.
