CHEESE CAKE 
Graham Cracker Crust:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Cheese Cake:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lemon peel or few drops of lemon juice
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. milk

Crust: Blend ingredients together. Spread out in 9-inch pie pan. If desired, bake at 375°F for 8 minutes.

Cheese Cake: Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla and lemon peel. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs and egg yolk. Beat on low speed until mixed. Stir in milk. Pour into crust.

Bake at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Pour your favorite can of pie filling on top. Chill.
