SHRIMPIES FOR LUNCH 
1 can cut-up shrimp
2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped fine
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
Mayonnaise mixed with a sm. amount of prepared mustard

Mix ingredients and put on buttered rounds of buns. Sprinkle shredded cheese (processed or American) on bun halves. Broil until cheese melts. This is enough for 6-8 half buns.
