YAKI SABO 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 clove garlic
2 c. chopped cabbage
2 grated carrots
1 med. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg. Roman noodles
1 c. water

Brown sausage, drain excess fat and crumble up. Add vegetables, salt and pepper. Break noodles into mixture. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
