MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. marshmallow cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Butter 9 inch baking dish and set aside. In 2 quart mixing bowl combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture boils - stir after every minute.

Reduce to Medium-High. Microwave 3-3 1/2 minutes or until sugar dissolves - stir once to prevent boil-over. Add remaining ingredients and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is blended. Pour in 9 inch pan and chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
