RICE PUDDING | |
6 c. cold milk 3/4 c. raw long grain rice 1 c. heavy cream 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 4 egg yolks Simmer rice and milk until thick and bubbly (approximately 50 minutes), stirring frequently. Combine remaining ingredients and then add slowly to rice mixture. Continue to simmer until begins to bubble. Pour into bowl or casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate and enjoy. |
