STRAWBERRY FLUFF 
1 qt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg white, beaten

Mix half the berries and 3/4 cup sugar. Let stand. Then mash well, add water to make 2 1/2 cups. Add salt and tapioca. Cook 15 minutes until thickened. When cool, add remaining berries, cut in half to which has been added remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Add beaten egg white.
