QUICHE LORRAINE 
8 slices bacon
1 onion
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. light cream
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 yellow squash, diced
sliced Swiss cheese
Fried green tomatoes
White American cheese
Paprika
2 pie crusts

Cook bacon, drain and cool. Crumble bacon; set aside. Cook onion in drippings. Mix well beaten eggs, cream, milk, flour and salt. Mix diced to egg mixture. Put onions and bacon on bottom of pie crust. Cover with slices of Swiss Cheese. Pour in egg mixture. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes. Top with fried green tomatoes, then cover with American cheese, paprika and salt and pepper. Let cheese melt. Makes 2 pies.
