ITALIAN - OLIVE - SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) Spanish salad olives

Rinse off salt water from olives 2 or 3 times. 3 inside celery stalks

Cut onions and celery stalks up into small pieces. 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. oregano Garlic, fresh or powder to taste

Place olives in a bowl. Add onions, celery, oil, vinegar, salt, oregano and garlic. Mix well. Let set a few hours to marinate.
