OVEN BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/8 tsp. salt
6 slices whole wheat bread
Honey

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine butter and 2 tablespoons honey in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, spreading to sides of pan; sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine eggs, juice and salt in a shallow bow; mix well. Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg mixture, coating well; let drain, and arrange on top of honey mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned. Invert to serve. Serve with additional honey.

NOTE: I now use Colonial Iron Kids bread, because my daughter likes white bread instead of wheat. Makes 3 servings.
