1 head cauliflower
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion
Garlic powder

Use whole head cauliflower. Place in glass dish with lid. Mix all other ingredients together and mash into flower part of head. Heat in microwave 8-9 minutes on high. Serve.
