BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER CHEESE
SOUP
 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1/2 loaf Velveeta cheese
milk

Dehead broccoli and cauliflower. Put in a 3-quart pot with enough water to cover vegetables. Cover and steam until done. Drain. Add 1 to 1-1/2 quarts of milk and 1/2 loaf of Velveeta cheese. Cover. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
