OVEN PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, the onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place meatballs in an ungreased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2 inches). Stir remaining ingredients, pour over meatballs. Cover with foil; bake 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 4-6 servings.
