LEMON BARBECUE CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken legs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. crushed basil
4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. thyme
2 cloves garlic, pressed

Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate 8 to 10 hours in refrigerator, 24 hours if possible. Grill 20 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
