ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. milk
3 oz. spaghetti broken into thirds, cooked and drained
1 c. salami or ham strips
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives

Mix salad dressing, cheese, parsley; add milk in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Refrigerate. Add additional salad dressing just before serving, if desired. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
