MEXICAN PASTA SALAD | |
1 bag tri-colored rotini, cooked and drained 1 med. onion, diced 2 lg. tomatoes, diced 1 med. green pepper, diced 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 1 sm. can black olives, sliced Mix all ingredients with pasta. DRESSING: 1 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. cider vinegar 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp. chili powder Salt and pepper to taste Mix with pasta and chill. |
