1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 med. can green chilies, chopped
1 doz. eggs
2 c. sour cream

Place grated Jack cheese into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with green chilies. Beat together eggs and sour cream and pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
