2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. strong black coffee

Beat sugar, eggs and oil. In another bowl sift together flour, cocoa, soda, powder and salt. Add to sugar mixture alternately dry ingredients with milk. Add coffee last.

Prepare a 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan, put wax paper on bottom of pan, or cake will break. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done, insert toothpick comes out clean.
