3 lg. eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
3/4 c. Crisco or Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Grease and flour baking pan. Combine eggs and sugar. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Add oil slowly. Add boiling water gradually. Mix well. This cake is better mixed by hand, instead of electric mixer. Delicious! Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.
