LOW-CHOLESTEROL WHACKEY CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. polyunsaturated oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

In an 8 or 9-inch square, ungreased pan, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt with a fork. Make 3 holes in mixture. Pour vinegar in first hole, oil in second hole, vanilla in third hole. Pour water over mixture and stir (do not beat) until ingredients are mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until done. Cool and cut in squares.
