LOS ANGELES CHEESEBURGERS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
4 tbsp. yellow mustard
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. diced mild chilies, fresh or canned
Hamburger rolls

Combine beef, chili seasoning mix and two tablespoons mustard; mix well. Shape into 6 hamburgers. In a small bowl combine remaining mustard, cheese and chilies. Broil or grill hamburgers until desired doneness. Top with cheese mixture. Cook 30 seconds longer until cheese melts. Serve on rolls. 6 servings.
