MARIAH'S SALISBURY STEAKS | |
2 lb. ground beef (80/20) 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. regular salt 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 4 to 5 pieces of bread, toasted and finely chopped 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. ketchup 4 packets brown gravy 2 tsp. butter 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained Mix all ingredients into a bowl (except brown gravy, butter and mushrooms). Make into patties, should make 11-12. Pan fry, make gravy according to package in separate pan. When gravy is done throw in butter and drained mushrooms, then add your patties on medium heat for 10 minutes or so, then enjoy! Submitted by: Mariah Nichols |
