MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 sm. chopped onion
1 (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. catsup

Mix together all ingredients, except catsup. Shape into a loaf pan, spread top with catsup. Microwave on medium high 22-24 minutes or until no longer pink. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Cover with wax paper or pleated plastic wrap for moister surface. For a dry surface, cook uncovered. I use fat-free turkey meat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
